[Waiting for the Redesign]

Well it wasn't great. Fairly predictable, quite short and not amazingly funny. Your art style is okay, and you've obviously put some effort into it, but it's punchline is overdone and it has nothing too make it stand out. The voice acting was alright though. Good luck with future stuff.

Enjoyable, great atmosphere!

The sound design (whilst not "professional" or "clean") was really atmospheric. The voice acting, sounds of the rode and strange drown noises in the background really drew me in to the seen, and gave this flash a mood i don't often find online. The visual style too was unique, i assume everything was closely referenced form photos? It was a little odd that i never really saw the passenger get in or sit down, but i suppose that added to the tension. The premise/concept of the flash was one i enjoyed, and it was all well executed. Could do with a preloader or at least a play button (not auto-start) but other than that really nice. Looking forward to part 2!

Thank you for your kind comments. I work in Toonboom Animate whuich does not support the introduction of internal pre-loaders. In answer to your question, I think it was all made of photos adjusted for light and colour.

Ha ha, very classy.

Nice little story with some neat animation! The fighting was all pretty nice, good choreography and cool set pieces (the ending especially). The music was great and added a sophistic touch (as sophisticated as stick fights can be) to the flash. As far as criticisms go i'd say the guns looked a little 2d throughout and squashing something isn't the shame as rotating it in 3d space. Still it was an overall enjoyable experience and i feel it deserves a better score. 5d

Deserves a better score

i thought this was atleast 3.5 worthy. It's times like these that i get jaded and think that the only flashes that ever get a good scores on NG are VG parodies and pop-culture jokes. Still, i liked it. The music was great and reminded of Final Fantasy. The animation was pretty good though there was considerable resizing, and it's hard to give serious animation critique for such a simple character moving in such a 2 dimensional way. Was the imagery supposed to allude to something? If so it was lost on me, but then i've never been a big fan of abstract subtle metaphors. Regardless it was an enjoyable watch and you obviously put some time into it. Keep it up!

Ha ha

Really great style of humour. The voicing is all great, nice script, quick punchy of the wall and not too cliched. The art isn't the best, but it does the job and you have some interesting character designs and environments. I remember watching a few other of these and the seem to be getting better with each new episode. Great stuff and keep it up!

That was great. A simple joke but well executed and with some nice voice acting and animation. Your art style was really nice too, and the ending was perfect. Not much to critique, just an all round good Christmas flash!

Really nice animation, great art style, processional tone, engaging concept, well produced and perfectly conceived! It was an all round pleasure to watch, the character was cute, the twist was unexpected and made me laugh and it was short but sweet. Always good to see some Christmas stuff that isn't cliched. Very enjoyable!

Great!

I really liked this. The art style is simplistic but does the job, the music was catchy and (unlike everyone else apparently) i thought the voice of the cat was fine. I enjoyed the sort of optimistic pessimism, talking about the problems of christmas with a cheerful irony that was very refreshing! Much better than all the trite "christmas cheer" animations, you made an interesting point and delivered it well. Good stuff!

Simple but fun

Kind of a simple joke, and once you've got it you've got it. It doesn't really expand much beyond the basic point. Still it's amusing enough and the comedy is added too by your art work. You have a nice style, and the music gave it all a very foreign feel. Short but sweet!

Really great

I love your voice, very personable and easy to relate too, and an amusing character you've portrayed here. The art style is great too, i love the big eyes and wrinkles on the faces, it all fits together to create quite a grim (but not in cliche macabre kindofway) mood and tone. The concept was neat too, and fairly original (i haven't seen any other flash animations like it). All in all a very enjoyable watch, thanks!
